All exchange items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
The customer shall send the garment back to us in sell-able condition. Once the garment is received and inspected for quality, we shall initiate the exchange process.In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
We might request you to share snap shot at email@example.comAny exchange item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The exchange will be made at your own cost.In the subscription box, you can exchange for the size/style of products. In the 1 month plan, the exchange is allowed ONLY ONCE, in the 3-month subscription you can exchange twice. There will be NO returns and NO COD.Innerwear: To maintain hygiene for all our customers we do not accept returns & exchange on Innerwear.Only valid for Momsoon Products.

You can return products within 7 days after delivery (where return is available). Please follow these steps to raise the request:
- Create a “Return Request” under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
- It will direct you to enter your Order Number and Email Id
- Follow the screens that come up and place the return request for the items in the order you wish to return
- Please upload images of the product to be returned while processing the return. In case, upload option doesn’t work you can email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org with your “Order No.” in subject
- Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
- We will schedule the pickup for the same
You can exchange products within 7 days after delivery. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilize for purchase.
NOTE: Exchange is allowed only once per order. In the case, the customer would like to return the exchanged product. The store credit is issue automatically and it can be used during the next time purchase.
