You can Exchange the products within 7 days after delivery. Please follow these steps to raise the request:
- Create an “Exchange Request” under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
- It will direct you to enter your Order Number and Email Id
- Follow the screens that come up and place the exchange request for the items in the order you wish to Exchange
- Please upload images of the product to be Exchanged while processing the exchange. In case, the upload option doesn’t work you can email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org with your “Order No.” in subject
- Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
- We will schedule the pickup for the same
- You can exchange products within 7 days after delivery. Once your exchange parcel is received via reverse pick-up and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the exchanged item and the exchange product requested by the customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilize for purchase.
NOTE: Exchange is allowed only once per order. In this case, the customer would like to return the exchanged product. The store credit is issued automatically and it can be used during the next time purchase.
